- protocol of examination of objects carried out 05.03.2012, according to which the information storage device HITACHI XL2000 2.0 TB serial number F30KGAAO confiscated during the personal examination of Verzilov P. Ju. was examined. The examination established that the information storage device contained a folder under the name "Pussy Riot", containing various video files in which the participants of "Pussy Riot" partake in rehearsals and discussions of their actions, record various internet communications, give interviews and carry out actions ((MOV009.MOD created November 17, 2011, 15:12:35, duration 02:03; MVI_0003.MOV created November 17, 2011, 15:13:01, duration 04:11; MVI_0004.MOV created November 25, 2011 city​​, 22:07:14, duration 02:44; MVI_6766.MOV created November 25, 2011, 22:04:34, duration 1:44; MKMM Grenades! Bang! Fire! HELP! 20.11. 2011.mp4 created December 2, 2011, 12:49:53, duration 09:09; MOV001.MOD created November 13, 2011, 18:02:06, duration 00:40; MOV004.MOD created November 14, 2011 Duration 02: 30; SHUMOV_fin.mov created November 14, 2011, 2:19:16, duration 01:41; MOV001_1.MOD created January 27, 2012, 19:53:26, and many others). Tolokonnikova N., Samucevič E., and Alekhina M. were among these members of the band. Also found on the device were a large number of photographs, confirming the participation of Samucevič E., Tolokonnikova N., and Alekhina M. in the activities of "Pussy Riot".

It should be noted that the participants of "Pussy Riot" have an obviously negative, disrespectful, hostile attitude towards Orthodox religion, as confirmed by the very name of the folder "God's shit", containing draft material for the action carried out in the Christ the Saviour cathedral. The above mentioned musical audio files хор2.WAV, гита1.wav, гита2.wav, хор.WAV are in fact elements later used in the song and the video called "Punk-prayer Virgin Mary, put Putin away", later placed on the Internet on the websites http://www.youtube.com and http://pussy-riot.livejournal.com. Although the participants of "Pussy Riot" try to transfer their actions into the realm of politics by claiming that their attitude towards Orthodox religion is a positive one and that their action was aimed against the fusing of religion and government, their words are refuted by both their actions and the song lyrics and articles found on their persons. For a person actually positively disposed towards religion, the use of the phrase "God's shit" is unacceptable in principle.

- protocol of the examination of objects carried out on 11.03.2012, according to which the information storage device HITACHI XL2000 2.0 TB serial number № F30KGAAO, confiscated during the personal examination of Verzilov P. Ju., was examined. This examination uncovered, apart from the previously examined materials, a significant number of text files (song lyrics, correspondence, interviews, draft articles, comments on past actions etc), whose content points to the "Pussy Riot" participants' negative opinions towards government, politics, and religion. The examination also revealed the folder "God's shit" containing various text documents including "God's shit_text.rtf" and "text_God's shit.rtf". The folder Pussy Riot also contains the folder "media" storing a variety of text files which formed the basis of interviews given by the participants of "Pussy Riot", as well as reviews of articles pointing towards their content having been corrected. For example, the text file "Novozhenova-Artkhr" contains text which testifies to the "Pussy Riot" participants' wish to confuse the reader on the substance of the events that have occurred.

The examination revealed the folder "Pussy Riot" containing a variety of audiofiles («Освободи брусчатку_с паузой.wav», «Освободи брусчатку_ФИН.wav», «Pussy Riot_Освободи брусчатку.mp3», «Pussy Riot_Кропоткин-водка.MP3», «Pussy Riot_Путин зассал.mp3», «Pussy Riot_Свободу протесту.mp3», «Pussy Riot_Убей сексиста.mp3» and others), containing music related to "Pussy Riot"s activities; over 700 photographs (with or without masks, from action locations, rehearsals, interviews, and so on); text files containing texts of their songs, interviews, fragments of correspondence, thoughts published on the website http://pussy-riot.livejournal.com, and more. These audio files, text files and photographs confirm the participation of Samucevič E., Tolokonnikova N., and Alekhina M. in the activities of "Pussy Riot", as well as suggesting they have an obviously negative, disrespectful, hostile attitude towards Orthodox religion. An analysis of similar texts was carried out above. The examination also uncovered video files documenting preparatory actions, rehearsals and interviews given by "Pussy Riot".
