The valley, about 25 acres, registered to collective shared ownership. Altay region, Altay foothills. Climate: sharp continental.

Agricultural land category: tillage and medows.

There are creeks and springs in the valley. No cellular networks, no electricity. Last 1.5 kilometers to our land is a country road for tractors, barely usable in off-seasons.

The closest village is in 3 kilometers, the closest shop - in 7.

About 15 families of the settlers, of which only one lives here more or less continuously, namely us: me, my wife and daughter.
