Why

May be, it should be done a bit earlier. But as good proverb says: “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.” So we start a small series of posts "about us”. Our team should have been introduced a long time ago, it could have made lots of questions irrelevant, as transparency is very important component for such kind of projects. There are more than 15 people in the team at this moment, from time to time new members join, so this series of posts may be rather long.

We also have a group of Facebook volunteer translators and they're so cool that we just can’t stop walking on air because of them. I am very proud of our team, there are people of different occupations and none of them is a journalists. (It means sometimes our articles may be not edited in a proper way and may contain mistakes, but we are struggling with this carefully :)

We do not publish somebody’s researches or analytics, we check ourselves all the materials we create. We're not looking for high traffic (but frankly speaking we were happy about our 10,000th Facebook follower). One of the key ideas of the project is not to assess events but just to publish only confirmed facts.
