Today there have been many shares of the following picture on the web:

We think it is fake. There are two official websites where decisions of the ministerial council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea are published. In the corresponding section of rada.gouv.ua the last available publication was posted on Februry, 11th, which gives us nothing new, however makes us wonder.

When going to the second source www.ark.gov.ua we find out that it is currently out of order, but that is not a problem to us.

We go and open Yandex's cache to get the page with the list of resolutions, we scroll down and this is what we see:

There is the original resolution number 27 which is dated February 25th and which has nothing in common with its fake version. Link: www.ark.gov.ua/blog/2014/02/25/postanovlenie-sm-ark-27-3/

On top of that, on the same page of the Yandex cache there are new resolutions, the last one, number 37 being dated February 26th. This tells us that if the resolution we are arguing about was true, it would be under a higher number.
