League rules:
1. General:
· 1.1 By participating in the league you automatically agree to all its rules.
· 1.2 Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse.
· 1.3 Rules apply to everyone: players, streamers, managers, judges, viewers.
· 1.4 Administration reserves the right to make any changes to leagues rules.
· 1.5 Administration can refuse a team/player to participate in the league without explanation.
· 1.6 League is being played on the EU Starcraft 2 HotS server.
2. Mappool:
2.1 Mappool consists of ladder maps plus some popular tournament maps. You can view the list HERE.
2.2 First map of the match is set automatically(randomly).
2.3 Team can ban a map. If a map was banned the opposing team cannot pick that map(only the team who banned the map can pick it).
2.4 Teams ban maps when submitting the lineup.
2.5 A map(including first map) cannot be played more than once(except when there is a draw, in that case match will be replayed).
2.6 The losing team picks next map.
2.7 If for some reason the wrong map was played and there was no rematch, the map result is considered legal.
3. League format, qualifications:
3.1 There are 3 types of divisions:
1) 1 division "Pro" - Teams with GM players
2) 2 division "Semi-Pro" - Teams with top Master players
3) 3 division "Non-Pro" - Teams with low Master and lower leagues players
Depending on the number of participants there may be multiple divisions of one type in a single group
3.2 Teams cannot have more than one roster per division.
3.2 To get into a division teams will have to play qualifications/up and down matches which will be announced in advance.
3.3 League is played in 2 stages:
1st stage. Round-robin tournament - every team plays with all other teams. Teams with top 6 scores advance to next stage.
2nd stage. Single Elimination Playoffs. Teams with top 2 scores in each division receive a first round Bye(freeslot). Teams are being placed in brackets according to their standings.
When there is only 1 division: Ro8 brackets (1-4-6 and 2-3-5), Top 4 team plays Top 6(winner plays Top 1), Top 3 plays Top 5(winner plays Top 2).
When there are 2 divisions: Ro16 brackets (1A-4B-6A, 2B-3A-5B and 1B-4A-6B, 2A-3B-5A) played in the same manner as with 1 division.
3.5 Depending on the Playoffs results:
Top 2 teams get an auto-promotion to the higher division. Teams can refuse to promote into the higher division.
Team placed from 4th to 6th place remain in the same division and can participate in promotion matches.
Teams which did not make it to Playoffs cannot play promotion matches to advance into higher division and will have to play up and down matches to remain in the same division.

12.1 Conference is used primarily to exchange information. Announcing important news, negotiating postponing + discussing SC2 news.
12.2 Usual rules do not apply to the conference and no penalties are given based on what's going on inside.
12.3 Several managers from one team can be in the conference but it is not advised for them to chat all at once.
12.4 You should respect other teams and judges when in the conference. If you don't - what's the point of you participating in the league.
12.5 Appeals and any debates are not examined within the conference.
12.6 Basically it is not necessary to be in the conference, and all BMers and flamers will be silenced which is not a penalty, as you can play in the league while silenced. All important stuff will be posted to news section anyway.
