If according to the applied Law and according to court holding which has been made or registered against the Mortgagor, or during the liquidation proceeding of the Mortgagor, or on account of any other reason any payment under this Contract or complimented by it is processed in another currency than it is introduced in para. 8.2.(invoicing currency) of the Contract, than insofar as the sum of the payment, which is in fact has received after its conversion in needed currency by Mortgage holder is less than the sum which is due value in accordance to this Contract or due to it, the Mortgagor compensates the disparity which is arise as a consequence of the conversion.
