Мониторинг соблюдения права на справедливый суд в Украине / Report "Monitoring of observance of the right to a fair trial in Ukraine in 2017": ВСТУПЛЕНИЕ

In the year 2017, in the scope of its human rights work, International Society of Human Rights began to monitor the fulfillment of the right to a fair trial in Ukraine. The decision of beginning to work with was caused by several reasons. At first, the appeal of lawyers and spokesmen of public (in Ukraine and abroad), having reported about existence of violation of human rights in criminal processes with political context. At second, the interest of international public about information related to progression of reforms. Particularly about the reform of the trial system, that was initiated by the Ukrainian authorities.
