I. USAGE AND CHARACTER

The machine is manufactured adopting domestic advanced experiences and features of cotton processing equipment, which is characterized on compact, convenient operation, good effect of dust-removing and safe production etc. it meets the need of good quality, high efficiency and low consumption.

The machine removes impurities in the cotton using mechanical centrifugal force emerged by high speed removing of barbed rollers and fluffs and splits cotton ,it is ideal to process old quilt wadding, waste yarn, rags , fabric, waste yarn cotton leftover and flax.etc.

The machine use double roller gearing style, the

equipment better than old design, it has avoided

disengage between the up feed roller and under feed

roller. Using this system can enhance the output and quality.



II . THE TECHICAL PARAMETER

5. The distance of the feed roller and roll: we can adjust it between
1. 5- 6mm according to the demand

III. STRUCTURE AND WORKING PROCESS

Structure: the machine mainly contains machine shelves, feeding system, feeding roller, pin roller, pressure roller, dust collection back lattices etc. Pin roller must adjust to enable to stable it running stable.

Process: the material Which want to process must avoid the hard impurities (button, steel, wire etc. )
Equably put the material on the feeding belt, the feeding belt transport to the feeding roller , the feeding roller turn and pressure the material go to the pin rollers , through the processing , then the material will be loosen and cleaned by the pin roller. And dust will be thrown when the pin roller high speed running.



IV. SAFETY DEVICE

The raw material will contain the hard impurities (wire steel button etc.) if not clean out, the pin roller will be hurt by the impurities. Thus, we have installed the reverse system, when find out the hard impurities in the material, turn on the switch of reverse quickly, the material will take out.

V. INSTALLATION AND DEBUGGING

1) Add lubrication before using speed reducer！




2) The machine made of steel, if long time not running the machine, the surface of the machine would be rusty .especial the cover of pin rollers, before installation and running. Should tear down and clean out the rust.

3) Keep the machine flat on the plane; prevent the roller & axes contorted. Reduce the burthen when it running.

4) Usually customer will install the drive belt himself. Ascertain the location for the motors first, adjust the belt in good condition between motor and machine, and finally ascertain the location of the machine.

5) Adjust the distance between the pin roller and feed roller according to the technical data. Then turning the axes, if have bump between the feed roller and pin roller.

VI. REDUCER USING ATTENTION

1. Reducer installation and using Attention

Reducer installation should pay attention to the aligning of central axis of transmission. The error shall not be greater than the coupling with the use of compensation. If the aligning is good, it can extend the life and ideals of the transmission efficiency.

While install the transmission part on the output axle. Avoid hitting by hammer. Normally use the assembling clamp and the inside worm of axle end. Use the bolt press the transmission part inside .Otherwise can cause the damage of the spare part inside reducer. Better not use the steel feature fixing coupling because this kind of coupling if not properly installed will cause extra load and cause the early



damage of the bearing .If serious bearing maybe broken.

Reduce should be fixed on stable level base or set. The oil of ejecting groove can be ejected, and cool the air, recycling smoothly. If the base is not reliable, liberation and noise will occur and damage the bearing and wheel. If there is outshot on transmission connecting part, or use wheel, chain wheel transmitting, please consider adding guarding equipment. Output axle if suffered heavy radial load, please choose reinforcing style.

Equipment which following the rule would make sure that missionary can early get close to oil mark, vent peg, fuel drain plug. After installation, Missionary should check the veracity of each installation location, the reliability of each fastener. After installing can turning smoothly. Reducer uses the oil sump splash lubricating. Before running the reducer, user should open the plug screw, put on the vent peg, Installed on different installation place. Also open the oil level bolt, check the height of the oil level. Add oil from oil level peg until the lubrication fill out from the oil peg hole. Tighten the oil level peg; ten can try the machine in non loading. Time should not be less than 2 hours. Running should be stable, no concussion, librating, noise, and also no leakage of oil. If anything abnormal, should eliminate at once.

After some period, should recheck the oil level again incase the leakage of the oil by machine cover. If the environment temperature much to high or low, can change different lubrication.

2. Check and maintains of the reducer





Newly used reduce need inject GB/T5903, L-CKC100-L-CKC220 extreme-pressure industrial gear oil. Lubrications need to be changed after running 5000 hours or change lubrication each year. Reducer not used for long time before restart need change new lubrication .Reduce need add the same lubrication, cant mix with other brand. Same brand different viscidity can be mixed and use.

Changing lubrication need wait until the reducer cool down and no burning danger. Should still keep warm, if totally cool, the viscidity of lubrication will increase .It will be difficult to give out the oil.
Caution: Cut off the power of transmission equipment, incase

carelessly put on the power.

During working, if find the oil temperature higher than 80 degree or oil sump temperature higher than 100 degree or abnormal noise occur should stop machine, check the problem .Must eliminate the malfunction. Change the lubrication then can restart again.

User should have reasonable maintenance rule .Record the problem occurs in running status or during checking. Follow the rule strictly.








VII. SAFETY GUARD NOTICE

1. Keep the machine flatly, on the plane place.

2. Must prepare the water which used for fire control.

3. No smoking in the working room. avoid fire happened

4. electric power defending

(1) The machine use 5.5-11kw motor. We must use the single cable not less than 10 mm2.

(2) The switch use the button style , if use the knife style take careful

(3) The cover on the switch and the motor must be installed absolutely

(4) Should have grounding egis in the circuitry.

5. Should clean out all the hard impurities before process. avoid the pin wire damaged and happen fire

6. Warning: using hand close the machine when running is forbidden.

（1） clean out the fiber which under the pin roller , must stop the machine first

(2) we are allowed use the stick to clean out the fiber and impurities on the impurity cleaning board or chain ; stop the machine ,then clean out by hand , using hand to clean when running is forbidden.
7. Warning: the finger is relax fisted when the operator feeding the material. Fingertip pressures the material and pushes it slowly. Especially take caution the finger do not unwind, do not close the feed roller.

8. Warning: what if some trouble happened, must go to turn off the machine cut off the electric power.
