TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Definitions

This website is a corporate data source located on the Internet at https://satvaspace.com/

Website Administration: OOO Satvaspace

User means any natural or legal person who is submitting their personal information via the feedback form on the website for the purpose of further submission of data to the Website Administration.

Feedback form refers to a special form where User submits their personal information for the purpose of further submission of data to the Website Administration.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. This Privacy Policy is an official standard document of the Website Administration and defines the procedure for processing and protection of information concerning any natural and legal person using the Feedback Form on the Website.

2.3 The relations connected with the collection, storage, spreading and protection of the information concerning the Users are regulated by this Privacy Policy and the current laws of the Russian Federation.

2.5 The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.

2.6. When making changes to this Privacy Policy, the Website Administration notifies the User of those by posting a new version of this Privacy Policy on satvaspace.com Website.

2.7. When a new version of this Privacy Policy is posted on the Website, the previous version is stored in the Website Administration archives.

2.8. When using the Feedback Form, User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2.9. The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by User.

3. CONDITIONS AND PURPOSES FOR THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF USER PERSONAL DATA

3.1. User personal data such as first name, last name, middle name, email address, phone number, skype account, etc. are submitted by the User to the Website Administration upon the User's consent.

3.2. The transfer of personal data by the User to the Website Administration through the Feedback Form represents the consent of the User to transfer their personal data.

3.3 The Website Administration may process information concerning the User in order to fulfill their obligations to the User of the Website. This information includes User personal data, such as: first name, last name, middle name, e-mail address, phone number, skype account, etc., as well as additional information concerning the User provided of their own free will: organization, city, job title, etc.

3.4 Processing of personal data shall be based on the principles of:

a) legitimacy of the purposes and methods of personal data processing and integrity;

b) compliance of the purposes of personal data processing with the purposes predetermined and stated when collecting personal data;

c) compliance of the amount and nature of the processed personal data with the methods of personal data processing and the purposes of personal data processing;

d) unacceptability of combining incompatible databases, containing personal data.

3.5. The Website Administration processes User personal data upon the User's consent in order to provide services/sales of goods offered on the Website.

4. STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

User personal data are stored on electronic storage devices and are used strictly for intended purposes that are stated in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. User personal data are not transferred to any third parties, except cases explicitly stipulated by this Privacy Policy and specified in the Consent for marketing emails.

5.2 User personal data may be disclosed in response to valid requests by public or local authorities under the laws of Russian Federation.

6. RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1 User personal data are stored on the electronic storage device of the Website without time limit.

6.2. User personal data are deleted upon User's request or at the instance of the Website Administrator without explanation, by removing the information submitted by the User.

7. USER RIGHTS AND LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

Users have the right to request and receive information regarding the processing of their personal data from the Website Administration.

8. MEASURES TO PROTECT USER INFORMATION

The Website Administrator takes technical, organizational and legal measures to ensure protection of User personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, spreading, as well as from any other illegal actions.

9. USER REQUESTS

9.1. User has the right to send their written requests to the Website Administration, including those regarding the use or deletion of their personal data as stated in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy. The address is specified in clause 1.

9.2. User request is to contain the following information:

for any natural person:

- the valid identification document number of the User or their representative;

- the date of issue of the abovementioned document and the information concerning the issuing authority;

- the date of registration through the Feedback Form;

- the free-form text of the request;

-signature of the User or their representative.

for any legal person:

-the free-form text of the request on the company's letterhead;

- the date of registration through the Feedback Form;

-the request is to be signed by an authorized person with documents confirming the person's authority attached.

9.3. Website Administration undertakes to consider and respond to the User's request within 30 days from the date of request.

9.4 All the correspondence received by Administration from the User (requests in written/electronic form) refers to the restricted information and is not subject to disclosure without a written permission of the User. Personal data and other information concerning the User, who sent a request, cannot be used without special consent of the User except to respond to the subject of the received request or in cases expressly provided by law.
