According to mystical beliefs, these charm needles can enhance many attributes of a human being, such as perceived beauty, charisma even enhancing sexual libido. These needles which are often made with precious metal are inserted under the skin on different places of the wearer to gain said enhancements.\n\nThese promises of improvement drove the so called Susuk Lady to wear different types of susuks excessively. While alive, she was troubled with many insecurities. After embracing this age old practice of susuk however, she became well known for her beauty and charming presence among men. Women however, wonder what men see in her that was so captivating.\n\nWearing just one charm needle requires the wearer to suffer certain prohibitions on her daily life and she had lost count of how many she had inserted inside her body. After breaking too much restrictions, her beauty gradually diminished and she grew weak. In the end she was left with a withered body. All the needles she inserted bulged outside her. Causing damage to anyone who came near her. She may have never truly died. Instead, contained in a limbo state which occasionally breaches into the living realm where she exacts punishment to people who made her succumb to the ancient practice in the first place.

При жизни ей не хватало уверенности в себе. Однако, после применения столь старомодной практики, она получила известность среди мужчин за свою красоту и чарующую внешность. Однако женщины не понимали, что столь привлекательного находят в ней мужчины.\n\nНошение всего одной иглы очарования требует от владельца терпеть некоторые ограничения в повседневной жизни, но она потеряла счет иглам, вживлённым в её тело. После нарушения огромного числа ограничений её красота постепенно уменьшилась, и она ослабла. В итоге она осталась с увядшим телом. Все иглы, что она вживила, выпирали из неё и причиняли боль любому, кто к ней приближался. Возможно, она так и не умерла. Вместо этого она находится в чистилище и иногда прибывает в мир живых, где наказывает тех, кто изначально склонил её к древней практике.
