Rodnenko V.V. - analysis of literature on the theme, interviewing, the subject domain analysis, information gathering, technical and information support

Project customer: The centre of social and economic monitoring and analytics

Goal of the project:
to make a analysis for work, efficiency and requirements to existing system of a professional training for public government administration of the Astrakhan region

Hypotheses:
absence of universal, approved and complex regional cross departmental program on a professional training for public government administration of the Astrakhan region and clear measures and requirements to estimations of productivity different separate activity in this direction, leads to inefficient expenditure of budgetary funds;

taking measures are inefficient because they didn't have necessary innovative approach;

Methods of collecting data:

- participants of the realised programs, after their graduation, almostly never shows usages received knowledges in creation or your own participation in innovative projects wich realised on the territory of Astrakhan region
- participants have not-too-high opinion about them;

Project timetable:
- collecting of nesserary data's
- obtaining the results of the social pools
- analysis of the documents and literature
- interviewing experts
- the final analysis and formulation of recommendations
- preparing the project presentation
