Roskomnadzor blocks the “Muhammad cartoons” article by the Leninsky district court of Grozny's decision № 2–2366/2015 as of 04.12.2016:

The content aimed to insult the religious feelings of Muslims, spreading of which might incite national, racial, or religious hatred and enmity.”

Actually, the article on our website describes that story with Charlie Hebdo magazine. And the particular link blocked by the court (https://lurkmore.to/Карикатуры_на_Мухаммеда#1741) leads to a quote from Voltaire.

“The presence of harmful content on http://lurkmore.to/Карикатуры_на_Мухаммеда#1741 webpage on the Web has been confirmed by the website examination as of DD.MM.YYYY, which states the above webpage to contain content aimed to insult the religious feelings of Muslims, spreading of which might incite national, racial, or religious hatred and enmity.”

The court decided, as usually:

to recognise the above webpage as banned from being viewed across the Russian Federation;

The appeal can be sent within month to The Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic, but we'll know about the ban in 2.5 months from the RKN's letter, which doesn't matter since we already know the list of defendants:

"Internet providers of the republic are CJSC “Vainah Telecom”, the Chechen branch of FGUP “Electrosvyaz”, CJSC “Chechenskaya Sotovaya Svyaz”, the Caucasus branch of PJSC “MegaFon”, the Grozny branch of PJSC “VimpelCom”, and the Chechen branch of PJSC MTS, which provide telematic services to Internet users and have to follow restrictions and prevent the banned content from being spread."

Here theyare — defendants. Of course, they don't object and didn't lodge an appeal in a month. And didn't visit the session. And don't have any quesions. They're servile people: they'll do what the court says, or RKN will take their license.
