The appeal can be sent within month to The Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic, but we'll know about the ban in 2.5 months from the RKN's letter, which doesn't matter since we already know the list of defendants:

Here theyare — defendants. Of course, they don't object and didn't lodge an appeal in a month. And didn't visit the session. And don't have any quesions. They're servile people: they'll do what the court says, or RKN will take their license.
