Yesterday we received a disturbing message, which at first made our hearts skip a beat. Then we found the same message in the group "Medicine to support Euromaidan - aid coordination".

We post this information without any judgement. But if someone wants to help - keep in mind.
MIA Central hospital (Berdychivska str., 1): it is reported that there were 74 patients yesterday, and 27 more will be brought in today from the regional hospitals, where some people are simply denied help. Elena Klanovec informs that in the five wards she has seen all the patients but two are the conscripts of internal military forces called up this autumn.
What's needed there:
Catheters "Venflon" - 100 pcs., cotton adhesive patches 3M "Medipor" in rollers - 30 p., trypsin - 50 pc., large size (7-8) surgical gloves - 5-6 p., syringes: 2 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml, 20 ml - 100 pcs each. Two 45 l enamel pots (for sterilization). Towels (any) - 50 pcs. Plastic buckets - 10 pcs. 2 12 l enamel buckets for the operating room. Floor wiping rags - 40 pcs. Pajamas size 48-52 - 20-30 pcs. Bed linen, matresses - 20 pcs.
Fortunately, we can disprove this - People's Hospital coordinator Antonina Yurchenko went to the MIA Central hospital on Berdychivska st., 1. On behalf of the MIA Central hospital's deputy administrator Yevheniy Borisenko we make the following statement: "Our hospital doesn't need neither medicine nor equipment and personal hygiene products. We, as a departmental institute, are provided with all the necessary for the admission and treating of the injured. We did not address or authorized anybody to address on our behalf about the hospital's needs in the social networks or volunteers groups. Please consider all the information about our needs in medicine, equipment, linen and other items invalid".
We are grateful to People's Hospital and Antonina Yurchenko.
Traditionally we do not draw any conclusions, but pay attention: in this case the information was inserted by one pseudo witness and quickly grown to "Maidan denied help".
Please check the relevance and validity of the information before broadcasting the calls for help. Phone call, or, even better, personal visit can cast some light on the situation.
