Like most everyone else in the city, i know very little about Ching, but I've been told that he lives in a luxurious, high-security apartment building called the Knickerbocker. A number of powerful underworld figures live here. I don't know which appartment Ching lives in, but if you have connections with the police, they may be able to help you.
