On monitoring the Internet, the webpage http://lukmore.to/Ислам has been found, on which an unlimited circle of persons are granted free access to the content aimed to insult the religious feelings of Muslims, which, if spread, might incite national, racial, or religious hatred and enmity. The above conflicts with the policy of dissemination of information specified in Article 29, <address> Federal Law No. 114-FZ as of [07.25.2002] “On The Counteraction of Extremist Activity” of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

The defendants have the right to apply to the Leninsky district court for reversal of the decision within 7 days of the day they got its copy.
