Tome Keeper was a name I chose for a more reserved, quiet, librarian type unicorn, while still making it sound like she was well-versed in magic (by using «tome» instead of just «book»). It sounds mysterious, like, a guardian of hidden knowledge and arcane secrets :)

In this case, he is referring to the WRD trying to recruit him. He's asking Vector Field if he was given a house to become an official part of the stable, specifically because it would make it easier for the WRD to recruit him.

No; there were more ponies in the security force, like Blacklight, who never did much training because they were mostly used as maintenance ponies on the lower levels. They were technically part of Stable Security, but in reality they didn't do anything security-related. (Blacklight explained all that to Lemon Frisk in Day 7, when he was looking for a shower.) So when Winter Gale started training more ponies for making a real defence force against outside threats, he started with recruiting those ponies.

«bombshell» meaning «shocking news». He just told them he'd only help the WRD with ruling the Stable if the WRD itself would step down and disband completely. In other words, he just asked them to give him the Stable.

(In this sentence, Lemon Frisk admits to Misty that he tricked the WRD; he just said all that so the WRD would be too bewildered / panicked to realize that the only thing Lemon Frisk really wanted there was to leave with the expedition, and get away from all the politics. He hoped that the WRD would be arguing about it long enough so the expedition would be gone before the WRD ponies had stopped arguing about it)

«working out» meaning «going well». Winter Gale wanted to build up a new security force, and he just told them that he found ponies that wanted to train with him. So Misty tells him she's glad that his plans for training a new security force are going well.

The saying «roll over» is related to dogs obeying their master and doing tricks. It means «giving in to demands, surrendering». She's saying that Vector Field, who isn't a strong character, will allow Lemon Frisk to take command, because Vector Field simply wouldn't dare to say no.

Apple Twig was trying to force Lemon Frisk into running the Stable, by telling him that if he didn't, they would have trouble surviving. So she wanted to make him feel guilty about not taking the position. In the piece you quoted, Misty pointed out that it isn't his responsibility, and that using someone's guilt like that is a really awful thing to do.

«Westermare» is a reference to the Finnish anthropologist Edvard Westermarck, who countered Freud's classic «sexual attraction to your own parents» theory, by making studies showing how people normally are notmally NOT attracted to family members when they grew up with them. He also pointed out that Freud himself was raised by a nanny, so he didn't have an intimate family relationship with his own mother.
