Речь о значимости пролога в фильме, который характеризуется стремлением человека выйти за пределы «материального» мира:

It appears to be this investigation, the celebration of cinema, the mood of vision and in the investigation of its limits, as it runs up against the material world and the material experience of people trying to exceed the boundaries of this material world.

Про изучение или исследование понятно, про пытающихся выйти за границы тоже.
Но вот «the celebration of cinema» и «the mood of vision» ставят в тупик.

Речь о съёмке сцены (о движении камеры) поднятия колокола на колокольню:

The sense of elevation is intensified through the pace of the camera movement and the gradual transformation of the shot composition due to the optical changes, caused by the camera movements in relation to the ropes and wooden structures surrounding the bell.

Если первую часть могу понять, что речь идёт о «Ощущение подъёма показано с помощью медленного движения камеры...», то дальше мой мозг ломается.

Текст про символичность воды и огня в фильмах одного режиссёра.
Идёт разбор сцены и следует такой текст:

1) Water and fire are presented not only as visually fascinating elements, but as mysterious forces of nature whose visual fluidity contributes to the unique photographic texture of the image.
Сам текст понятен, речь «о воде и огне не только, как завораживающих элементах, но и как о таинственных силах природы...»
А вот дальше не могу понять как на русский обозвать «визуальную текучесть» и что такое «unique photographic texture of the image». Почему фотографическая? И что тут текстура или фактура?
2) Дальше речь, как я понимаю про противоположное:
Just as smoke steam and fog make the environment ambiguous enveloping objects and characters with a diaphanous veil reducing the depth of field and contributing to the eerie mood of the shot.
Речь про дым, туман, которые скрывают окружающее, снижают глубину резкости, но что за «жуткое настроение» кадра тоже не могу понять.

Опять запнулся на вроде бы и не сложных вещах, но как это в более литературный ракурс, увы...
Речь про красивую актрису в фильме:
Контекст:
The actress, who's playing this role is so phenomenally gorgeous.
Непонятный мне момент:
You could argue, that the film treats this beautiful face, the way it treats everything else in the film.
Тут «treats» в каком значении? Рассматривает? Использует? Обращается с лицом?
И далее:
The interiors are fetishized and rendered beautiful, as powerfully as she is.
Понятно, что речь о том, что окружение смотрится, так же красиво и сильно, как и актриса..
Но не могу привязать здесь фетишизацию или фетишизированность...

Непонятная часть:
THEN HE RECOGNIZED, THAT, YOU KNOW, THERE IS CERTAIN KIND OF PARTICULAR PIECE, WHICH IS NOT QUITE REALISTIC,..

Контекст:
... but the dream can develop in a particular very slow or very fast, and they have their own logic, which is not quite the logic. And they sometimes can be black and white, sometimes they can be colorful. It's a visual experience.

Не могу понять фразу. Речь о работе режиссёра:
His way of pronouncing the trivial dialogue lines often out did the actors in the final result.

В контексте:
He had no secrets from us. We got to see work in the editing room and set builds in the studio. He showed sketches and told us about upcoming scenes, that they were about to shoot. His way of pronouncing the trivial dialogue lines of often out did the actors in the final result.

1) Director himself feels guilty for having almost cannibalized his nearest and dearest and those he's worked with for his subject matter for his material.
Речь о режиссёре, который испытывает вину за то, что претворяет страдания в материал для своих фильмов. В данном случае не могу понять, как в данном случае будет переводиться слово «cannibalized»

2) She really lived that part, almost in them to a method degree as though she was a method actress.
Речь об актрисе, которая хорошо вжилась в свою роль. «Проживает свою роль». Но дальше не могу понять, что имеется в виду под «method degree» и «method actress»

В контексте того, что у одного артхаусного режиссёра в студии около бара висит копия страницы из энциклопедии.
Непонятное мне французское слово «fasor?» facor?« или какое-то другое и вот его определение:
»An artist, who with a sense of effect exploits the technical possibilities without achieving deeper values".
Помогите правильно перевести определение и может станет понятно, про кого идёт речь.

Вот контекст, начало:

Далее:

Речь о разнице между первой Отечественной войной (1812) и второй Отечественной (1941).

«The type of presumption and the reaction of those concerned is the difference between the two wars, which the Russians want to maintain, and rightfully so».

Контекст ниже в виде сравнения Наполеона и Гитлера:
Napoleon at least thought he could erase the despotism of the tsar in the name of civilization, while Hitler, at the expense of the Russians, wanted to conquer lands to expand his «master race.»

Отсюда вопрос, что за «типы презумпции»? Или «виды»? Виновности-невиновности? Или это «виды предположений»?
При чём тут «Реакция заинтересованных сторон»? Или тут речь про «реакцию причастных сторон»? хотя тоже не совсем ясно.
Вопросов много, а ответов нет.
Вот и ломаю голову, как это будет литературно звучать и понятно.
